Most Likely, Malcolm Gladwell has deeper insights then most of us.

In the discussion with Leonard Lopate below he really get’s to the center of the fear. At first glance, it may not seem to directly relate to your business. You may be afraid people are copying your methods, your strategies, etc.
The truth is the quality of your marketing and innovation can not be duplicated, it can either be mimicked or innovated. Either way, it can only lead to improvement.
If someone whose entire career is based SOLELY on his words does not mind such methods, should you really worry about it or get on doing the best job you can?
