Ecela provides a unique medical education that allows students to learn Spanish effectively while also gaining experience with a new healthcare system. authenticWEB spoke with students in the program to highlight how they benefited from their Ecela experience abroad. One student who traveled to Peru remarked he left his experience with more confidence in his Spanish language abilities as well as broadened cultural horizons.
