Flock Browser and Quick Social Media Updates

I downloaded the Flock browser, a Mozilla alternative to Firefox with integration of Social Media Networks in a sidebar.  After about 5 minutes I had my Facebook Account, Twitter account, Blog and Delicious account integrated.  The look is sleek and functionality is pretty straight forward.  I am still messing around a little with it but so far it seems like an ideal choice for Business Social Media.

There is a full review of the Flock Browser here.

Many of the entrepreneurs and professionals I show  Authentic Web Marketing strategies to seem  interested.   I believe without a blueprint and an easy way to control it all they hesitate.  Updating a Twitterpost, a Blog and Facebook can seem daunting in the course of the day.
It’s not just the techno ludites that are having trouble.  Many early adopters are resistant.  I believe a few “Server too busy” from twitter or some difficulty with a blog post plant the seeds of mental roadblocks.

Using a unified browser might be the answer for many.

Tools such as Flock will become the norm, but it is a race to be the best with the most adopters.  The prize for first place could be BILLIONS.  What’s in it for second place?  Ask a college student about the last time they used Omniture.

The real winner in the social media tech race is us, the USERS.  It is giving amazing leverage to small business owners and start ups around the country.  Spend a few minutes seeing what is out there.  Or better yet, come back to this blog.  We will give you our two cents worth at a discount.
