When potential clients consider hiring you, they don’t just look at one piece of your marketing and then instantly decide to hire you. Think about when you decided to buy your last car. You didn’t walk into a car dealership one day, pick a car, and drive off the lot. You probably first started just thinking about buying a car. Then maybe you did some research online. You compared different makes and models. Then maybe you went to the dealership, and after some negotiations, purchased a car. But the process didn’t even stop there – if it was a positive experience, you might go back to the same dealership when it’s time for a new car in a few years.
Even if your business is primarily driven by one time events (such as a car accident), potential clients are already formulating opinions about yo and your business prior to their need for your services.
