Ever had a problem with Google Maps? Things aren’t showing up, like your own town or perhaps when your searching for a location it gives multiple results of the same place. If your using Google Maps regularly you may find yourself running into a situation where your receiving search results that don’t relate to your desired searched location. This article will show you how to use a feature to correct these issues.

Google has recently updated how users can help correct this problem. If someone now searches within Google Maps and their not receiving the desired search, a Report a Problem link is available for the users now. If one feels something is wrong with the map just simple click upon this link in the left hand panel down at the bottom. Like this:

If this link is clicked Google will promote with a verity of choices. For instance, an option if there is something wrong with the map. You can even add a comment to give a detail message about the issue you are having. Once the message is submitted you will get a confirmation message stating that they have received your notice and should have it fixed within 30 days. Users can use this feature for many different types of errors that they are receiving and while fixes aren’t guaranteed, this function represents a major change in Google’s accessibility.
